WHY PILATES ?
Pilates originated as a personalised physical therapy.  At Central Geneva Pilates we try to keep groups small, allowing the teacher to continue to give personalised teaching

Pilates is based upon specific principles of body use, and key exercises.  Introductory classes are necessary because they teach the principles of use and movement, giving you the proper foundations for you to go on and get the most out of this amazing technique.  Unfortunately a thorough experience of yoga, dance or sport does not teach you these same principles and exercises, and does not allow you to bypass the introductory class

Remember that the benefits of pilates come after continued attendance at class over a period of months.  Be patient and the results will come
