SUMMER CLASSES SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Enrol and pay only for those dates for which you will be present.  Once your enrolment is confirmed, payment is due at latest by 2nd July. 
You may take extra classes, at 25chf per class, by contacting the teacher directly.
A class with less than 4 enrolments may be cancelled.
Summer classes can not be transferred or made up in the event of being missed. 
Untaken classes will not be carried over to the next period. 
In the case of absence, please let the teacher know by SMS or telephone, or by email if well in advance. 


REGULAR CLASS ENROLMENT

Enrolment is for a specific class and time.

New students : your place is reserved with a deposit of 60F.  This is reimbursable if you withdraw at the latest 2 weeks before the course starts.  The balance is due in full one week before the course starts

Re-enrolment : current students have priority when they re-enrol.  A place that has been reserved and is not taken up without being cancelled at least one week before the first class, remains payable to the value of the deposit (60F)

PAYMENT

Payment in cash or by bank transfer.  There are no credit or debit card facilities
 
Payments are non-transferable and non-reimbursable, except for medical reasons & with a doctors’s note

GROUP CLASS ABSENCES

You should expect to attend all your enrolled classes.  In the rare event that you are absent, a maximum number of classes can be made up, when space permits

→ January - March 2010 (winter term) =  2 classes
→ April - June 2010 (spring term) = 2 classes
→ September - December 2010 (autumn term) = 3 classes
 
There is no guarantee that a class can be made up, as the replacement class may be full.

Untaken classes may not be carried over to the next term
 
A replacement class that has been arranged, but is not attended without being cancelled, will be counted as taken

Missed Introduction level classes can not be made up

Be kind enough to advise all your absences to the teacher by SMS or telephone in order to permit other students to make up a class

CLASS CANCELLATION

A class with less than 4 enrolments may be cancelled

A class cancelled for unforeseen reasons will be replaced, reimbursed, or credited to the next period

ABSENCES

Last minute changes and cancellations should be made by SMS or telephone, not by email

Missed group classes are not reimbursable
